A project is a unique transient endeavour brought about to make change. Project can be any size which means that time, cost and quality are equal drivers for change.

What is project consultancy?
A project management consultant brings specialised knowledge and skills from a range of previous projects and sectors to empower businesses to make informed decisions from the planning stage to completion. A project consultant will work with an organisation to develop project teams and help embed the project into business as usual.
Coaching & Mentoring
What is coaching?
Coaching involves the belief that the individual has the answers to their own problems within them. The coach does not have to be a subject expert but can focus on helping the individual to unlock their own potential. A coach asks many questions of a coachee. A coachee is then able to set out plans for their own development.
What is mentoring?
A mentor may share information about their own career path in providing guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modelling. A mentor may help with exploring careers, setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resources. This is where a mentor differs to being a coach.

What is the APM PMQ?

The APM Project Management Qualification (SCQF Level 7) is a knowledge-based qualification. It enables me to demonstrate knowledge of all elements of project management. With my support, you'll have a good understanding of how these elements interact and how your project fits into your strategic and commercial environment.
